Apparently that's also the place where the most bear attacks occur in the area. A lot of tourists have been mangled there. I stayed close to the car. :)

Also, the picture was taken from the road.

I love bears. In my mind I just imagine them as carebears or teddybears...But deep down inside I know they want to kill me and eat my intestines.

I find it interesting how that one glacier-formed mountain on the left looks like it is running away. The waves and clouds kind of add parenthetical emphasis.
