Suggestions

Journal Entry: Sat May 3, 2008, 11:45 PM
I want to experience more this summer, so I want to hear some suggestions from everyone. Just don't suggest anything that involves a lot of money. Also, I'm not going to put my life in danger or break any laws. Don't be overly general. Details are encouraged.

-Different forms of art
-Foods (tasting, cooking, baking, etc)
-Crafts
-Music
-Books (if chosen, don't recommend more than two)
-Activities

Those are just a few topics I can think of right now, but I'm sure there are many more.

Afterwards I will make a list of all the suggestions that are reasonable and keep you guys updated on my adventures.

I encourage everyone to do this! Spread the word!

I could recomend a whole list of books that I enjoyed.
But I don't know what kind of books your into.
Anyway there is some books you should never read,
Stephan King's books I always feel dirty after reading one of his. :(

Any fictional novel that will teach me something. Classic literature is what I mostly read.

I don't like Stephen King. I've read a couple of his books and the writing was bad. They were Four Seasons and Hearts in Atlantis. I'm avoiding his horror works especially because I'm really picky when it comes to horror.

:hmm:

American Gods by Neil Gaiman

Of course, I can't be sure that you'll like a dark book such as this one.

Listen to Soak Up The Sun by Sheryl Crowe. :bucktooth:

Dark is fine as long as it's not boringly gruesome.

Thanks for both suggestions. :aww:

Nope. It's really really fast and intriguing.

Of course, I'm guessing you'd like the song because you seem like the "Country" type. =P Also, it's perfect for summer. And it's stuck in my head for some reason.

I do like some country for sure! :aww:

I think I've heard that song before, but not for a long time. I'll listen to it again! :D
